The Central Library at ANITS is a major technological library established in 2001, occupying a floor area of over 12,000 sq ft.It is well-equipped with modern facilities and resources, including books, journals, project reports, and digital materials.
The library operates with LIBSYS software, offers high-speed internet for 40 systems, and has a browsing center for downloading e-journals and articles.Additionally, it features a digital library with SWAYAM@NPTEL access and an institutional digital repository using D Space..

Hostel

ANITS provides separate hostel accommodation for boys and girls on campus.The Boys’ Hostel can house 500 students, and the Girls’ Hostel can accommodate 300.Both hostels are air-conditioned and have round-the-clock security.
Hygienic vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are served.In case of power failure, standby generators ensure continuous power supply.Common rooms with TVs and magazines are available.

Sports

ANITS offers a large playground for various sports like Athletics, Football, Cricket, and others.
Special courts are provided for Volleyball, Badminton, and Throwball.The Physical Directors contribute significantly to the sports program.

Placements

Anil Neerukonda Institute of Technology & Sciences has a dedicated Training & Placements Department led by Prof G Manmadha Rao and assisted by 18 faculty coordinators.They provide comprehensive campus recruitment training covering various skills to enhance students’ employability.

How To Reach

ANITS operates a fleet of 20 AC buses (TATA & Ashok Leyland) from various areas of Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram to provide safe transportation for students and staff.These buses have fixed seating capacities of 55 for TATA buses and 46 for Ashok Leyland buses, with no standing allowed.
They originate from different locations within the city and terminate at the institute campus.Additionally, there are numerous APSRTC city and route buses that stop at Sangivalasa bus stop, just 300 meters away from the institute.
