• Dr Lankapalli Bullayya College of Engineering, previously known as Dr Lankapalli Bullayya College of Engineering for Women, was established in 2010 as part of the Society for Collegiate Education in Visakhapatnam.It originated from a vision to provide affordable, accessible, and quality education.
• The institution, which has been a center for education in Visakhapatnam since 1973, initially focused on women’s empowerment before transitioning to a co-educational college in the academic year 2020-2021.
• Currently, the college offers B.Tech programs in four engineering branches with varying annual intakes.It is permanently affiliated with Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, and approved by AICTE, New Delhi.Situated in the heart of the city, the college aims to contribute intellectually, emotionally, and physically prepared engineers who can face life’s challenges with courage and determination.
