Library

The Central Library at Tezpur University supports the educational and research needs of the academic community, and Scholars from across the country consult its resources.
The library houses around 1,16,643 print books, 9,309 e-journals, 361 e-books, 52 print journals, 14 databases, 10,844 back volumes, 3040 CDs/DVDs, 239 Braille books, 2923+ theses and dissertations, and 1,451 government publications.

Hostel

Tezpur University has 14 hostels on campus: 6 for men and 8 for women and each hostel provides essential amenities like water, electricity, and 24/7 high-speed campus Wi-Fi.
In addition, clean washrooms, a mess, laundry rooms, and cycle stands, television, gymnasiums, and canteens are available within the hostels.

Sports

Tezpur University’s Sports Section, students have access to various outdoor and indoor game facilities.
Outdoor options include football and cricket grounds, a grass-running track, volleyball, and basketball courts, synthetic tennis courts, a swimming pool, an archery range, and courts for kho kho and kabaddi.

Placements

The university’s Training & Placement Cell helps students find jobs after they graduate and also works with companies to organize internships and training programs for students.
Last year, 114 students got jobs through the placement cell, with an average package was Rs 8.5 LPA, and a median package was Rs 5.6 LPA..

Tezpur University is situated by the Brahmaputra River in Tezpur, Assam, just 10 km from the city and 175 km northeast of Guwahati, and the University operates regular Bus Services from Tezpur ASTC Bus Station.
