The Jawaharlal Nehru Library at DHSGU is the oldest and largest university library, spans three stories and has a designed capacity of 400,000 volumes.
The collection of over 380,000 bound journals, 158 print journals, rare manuscripts, and provides access to e-books, e-journals, and e-databases from renowned publishers.
Hostel
The university offers separate hostels for boys and girls; 4 boys’ hostels with 460 rooms, and a girls’ hostel comprising 2 UG, 1 PG & PhD hostel with 446 rooms.
Each student is provided a cot, table, chair, and book rack, water coolers with RO purifiers on each floor, geyser facilities, and Wi-Fi internet.
