The Learning Resource Center (LRC) at the Institute is housed in a separate building spanning 5,620 square feet with boasts a diverse collection of information technology and management, along with related subjects.The library operations are efficiently managed through the computerized system “Alice Window 6.0”.
The collection includes over 30,000 items, including textbooks, reference materials, and various sections such as Stack Section (25,987), Donated (1,421), Book Bank (2,962), E-Books (11,824), and more.
Additionally, there are 14 print journals, 7,181 electronic journals, 2,857 theses, 165 video cassettes, 3,129 textbook CDs, 252 annual reports, 976 bound journals, 25 magazines, and 14 newspapers, providing a diverse range of information sources for their academic pursuits.

Hostel
IIITM Gwalior boasts a fully residential campus featuring 4 boys’ hostels accommodating 1100 students and 1 girls’ hostel accommodating 150 students.
Each hostel has students from all academic years and also provides international facilities for international students, faculty members, and short-term visiting faculty.
The mess is mandatory for all hostel residents, serving exclusively vegetarian food on a self-service basis.Hostel residents are required to dine in their respective hostel messes.
Each hostel provides common amenities including a common room, gym, indoor sports facilities, TV rooms with newspapers/magazines, and a study area, CCTV surveillance, 24×7 internet access, RO water supply, and security guards for safety.

IIITM Gwalior promotes physical fitness alongside mental sharpness through its extensive sports facilities.
The institute boasts a comprehensive sports complex comprising a swimming pool, gymnasium, lawn tennis court, basketball court, billiards room, squash courts, and multiple table tennis boards, and additionally outdoor facilities such as a cricket ground, and football field.
