• The Learning Resource Center (LRC) at the Institute is housed in a separate building spanning 5,620 square feet with boasts a diverse collection of information technology and management, along with related subjects.The library operations are efficiently managed through the computerized system “Alice Window 6.0”.
• The collection includes over 30,000 items, including textbooks, reference materials, and various sections such as Stack Section (25,987), Donated (1,421), Book Bank (2,962), E-Books (11,824), and more.
• Additionally, there are 14 print journals, 7,181 electronic journals, 2,857 theses, 165 video cassettes, 3,129 textbook CDs, 252 annual reports, 976 bound journals, 25 magazines, and 14 newspapers, providing a diverse range of information sources for their academic pursuits.

• IIITM Gwalior boasts a fully residential campus featuring 4 boys’ hostels accommodating 1100 students and 1 girls’ hostel accommodating 150 students.
