Infrastructure

CIT Kokrajhar offers a range of facilities to enhance learning and research, has well-equipped laboratories and modern classrooms, the library is well-stocked, and advanced research facilities are available.

Library

The Central Library of CIT spans 22,000 square feet in an independent building and offers a safe, comfortable, and friendly environment that supports learning and knowledge advancement.
The library has a collection of over 111,545 physical books and 288,256 subscribed e-resources, including e-books, e-journals, e-magazines, CDs, standards, proceedings, videos, and daily newspapers, and it subscribes to 2,084 magazines.

Hostel

CIT Kokrajhar, there are 12 hostels for boys and 4 for girls, the boys’ hostels can accommodate 346 students, while the girls’ hostels can accommodate 157 students.
Since the hostel buildings on the campus are under construction, the institute has arranged rented houses in different parts of Kokrajhar town for accommodation.

Sports

CIT Kokrajhar, students have access to a sports complex equipped for basketball, volleyball, lawn tennis, and badminton, and the complex was upgraded with modern facilities.
The playground is currently undergoing construction and will be ready for the new session, every year students engage in sports competitions during events like “Ecstasy,” the institute’s annual sports and cultural week.

Placements

CIT Kokrajhar, the placement cell helps students land jobs in top companies.
In the 2022-23 academic year, 24 companies visited the campus, resulting in 110 students getting placed, the average annual salary offered was INR 4.5 LPA, with the highest being INR 10.00 LPA..
