Our focus is complete customer satisfaction for the services we provide. If you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.

Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your subscription within 2 days of purchase for a full refund minus up to 5% processing charges.
• If canceled after 2 days but before 7 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund depending on usage and reason.
• After 7 days, no refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

Refunds for online payments will be made to the original credit/debit card or bank account used for the transaction. Payment made via Cash/Direct Deposit/IMPS/NEFT will be refunded in cash only, in person.
