Infrastructure

• The college have the state-of-the-art research laboratories specifically for many of today’s thrust areas and the main research areas at present are such as Nanotechnology, Space Technology, Cryogenics, Biomechanics, Dynamic Testing, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Structural Dynamics, Water Resources and Environmental Management, Theoretical Computer Science, Data Mining, VLSI Design, Distributed Computing, Software Engineering, Networks, Image Processing, and Soft Computing.

  This College Library has a balanced program on the development of the collection of hard copy, audio/video, CD-ROM and other electronic forms of documents.
• This library is built up for around 930 meter square and has one of the finest collections of latest Engineering and management publications which plays an important role in the provision of academic community in this College.
• This library has a collection of more than seventy five thousand books and subscribes to more than one hundred periodicals and 10 Newspapers.
• TKMCE has launched a digital library where the academic community can approach for satisfying their knowledge requirements.

Hostel

• TKM Engineering College offers ample hostel facilities.
• The facilities offered here are designed to provide a sense of belonging, care and security as well as a spirit of independence, within reasonable limits.
• There are separate hostels for boys and girls with provision of accommodation around 2000 students.
• Here each hostel has a Warden, Deputy Wardens and Resident Tutors, who are senior faculties of the college.
• The food is delivered to the respective hostels through a centralized preparation and distribution system.

• Career Guidance and Placement Unit (CGPU) has played a vital role in TKM Engineering College for ensuring the career development and campus recruitment of the students graduating from here.
• This unit operates on a three-tier system, the first most being the Advisory Council, composed of a member of the TKM Trust, Principal, and Head of CGPU.
• The next tier, which is the Core team, consists of the Head of CGPU, Heads of All departments, Placement Officers and Placement Manager.
• The final tier comprises Sr.Advisors and student representatives of the final year from all branches.
