NIT Agartala Central Library covers an area of 727.18 square meters and offers a range of resources including books, e-journals, theses, and dissertations, and boasts a conference room with seating for 20 people and is equipped with CCTV surveillance for security.
The collection includes 89,815 books, 265 PhD theses, 48,168 general resources, 25,733 books available in the book bank, and 21 current periodicals via subscription, along with 21 newspapers and magazines.

Hostel

NIT Agartala offers separate hostels for boys and girls, there are 5 boys’ hostels, accommodating up to 3000 students and the girls’ hostels have a capacity for 500 students.
Each hostel is equipped with its mess, common room, and recreational facilities, managed by wardens, and round-the-clock security is provided for the safety of the students..

Sports

NITA Student Gymkhana serves as a vital bridge between students and the administration, fostering extra-curricular activities and student welfare.
The Facilities include a Cricket field, a Regulation-sized football field, 2 indoor tennis courts, 3 volleyball courts, 3 dedicated badminton courts, a Kho-Kho ground, a Handball court, Indoor basketball courts, a Versatile indoor arena for various sports Fitness and training center (Gym), Chess room, and Yoga centre.

Placements

NIT Agartala, the Centre for Career Development (CCD) supports students in exploring careers, finding jobs, and securing placements.
