The Central Library at L D College of Engineering in Ahmedabad is a key resource center for the institute and serves as a gathering place for faculty and students across various technological fields.
The library houses an extensive collection, including 90,520 books covering 33,726 titles, 406 e-books, 2,308 e-journals via Science Direct, 6,925 bound journals, a range of reference books, CDs/DVDs, and 53 print journals and magazines.

Hostel

The hostel at LDCE is located within the campus and accommodates around 800 students, including 144 girls, Students stay in twin or triple-sharing rooms, each equipped with beds, tables, chairs, and cupboards.
The facilities are provided as per government decisions and have four messes, managed by students, that serve quality food.

Sports

Vidhyarthi Sansad actively engages in planning and participates in a variety of gymkhana activities that include sports, indoor games, cultural events, debates, social services, and social gatherings.
The sports facilities are extensive, offering an athletics field, a cricket ground, a well-maintained football field, an indoor badminton hall, two concrete tennis courts, a volleyball court, as well as facilities for chess, kabaddi, and kho-kho.

Placements

The Training and Placement Cell at LDCE is highly active, offering various training programs to enhance students’ skills and boost their employability in industry-related fields.
