IIIT-NR is situated on a 50-acre residential campus, and features vibrant, lush green surroundings and modern architecture, creating a serene environment that fosters creativity and innovation among students.
The campus includes 14 lecture halls and 12 tutorial halls, and the classrooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, advanced research and product development laboratories, e-classrooms, and an auditorium with a capacity of 700.
The entire campus has Wi-Fi connectivity and CCTV surveillance, Hi-tech security measures are in place, and other amenities include a dispensary, staff residences, a guest/transit house, a canteen, a BOB ATM, and a shopping complex.

The Central Library at IIIT-NR is located within the administrative building, spanning two floors and covering approximately 800 square meters, and is equipped with central air conditioning and open Wi-Fi.
The library’s collection includes 7,316 print books, 22 magazines, 9 newspapers, 18,000 e-journals, 85,000 e-books, and Over 5,603 IEEE and IET conference titles and 237 IEEE journals.
The Digital Library section has created an institutional digital repository using the open-source software DSpace, which preserves the institute’s intellectual output for future generations.

Hostel
IIIT Naya Raipur has three boys’ hostels with 619 rooms and one girls’ hostel with 120 rooms, accommodating over 1480 students.
The rooms are shared with furnished and include basic amenities, and additional facilities in the hostels are washing machines, water coolers, geysers, a gym, and a common area with an LCD TV.
The hostels also feature a modern and hygienic mess, and Indoor recreational options include table tennis, carom, a music system, and 24-hour internet access.
