IIT Goa, the mining department shares a building with Goa Engineering College (GEC), and houses 2 lecture halls (LH1 and LH3), 3 tutorial rooms (T1, T2, and T3), a seminar hall, the computer lab, and a Mechanical Workshop.
Academic Blocks A & B house fully equipped classrooms such as CL1, CL2, and CL3, along with labs, including the lab and also faculty cabins for the professors.

IIT Goa provides separate hostel blocks for male and female students, there are 4 blocks in total: B1, B2, B3 for boys, and G1 for girls, and each block can accommodate 80 students, making the total capacity of the hostel 640.
All Hostel blocks are equipped with LAN and Wi-Fi internet connectivity, washing machines, water coolers, and recreation facilities.
The hostel premises include a spacious dining hall with a capacity of 200 people, offers a variety of food items.
