IIIT Bhagalpur is situated on 50 acres of land provided by the government, and the construction of its state-of-the-art permanent campus is ongoing and is expected to be completed soon.

Hostel

IIIT Bhagalpur Hostel Affairs Board (HAB) oversees the policies and decisions for all hostels and coordinates the Hostel Management Committees to ensure smooth operations.
The Old Boys Hostel has 264 rooms while the New Boys Hostel has 200 rooms and 600 beds, with each room accommodating three students, and rooms are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
