Hostel

• Unit-1 hostel is for boys which was constructed in the year 1977 for an area of about 39000 square feet.
• It has three floors including the ground floor which can accommodate over 150 students and also has a playground.

• Unit-2 hostel is for girls mainly and was built in the year 1980-84 in an area around 42500 square feet it has 6 floors including ground and has over 125 rooms all are offered on a twin share basis.

• Unit 3 hostel, was constructed in the area 60000 square feet during 2003.

• It also has 6 floors which has 144 rooms on a twin sharing basis and this is for boys.

• Unit 4 hostel was also constructed in the year 2003 which can facilitate 117 girl students on an area of 5400 square meters.

• A new hostel is being established on an area of 539 square meters with 4 floors including ground floor which could facilitate 76 girls students..

Placements

• BMS College Of Engineering’s placement cell was established in the year 1995 and more than 18 thousand offers have been made till date.
• For the year, 855 students placed under the undergraduate category, 111 students placed in the PG category and for MCA 74 students placed so far.
• For each year, 350 companies are visiting in which close to 250 companies offer pay packages above 6L per annum..
