The MIT Library, a comprehensive resource center, holds 97,550 books, 2,500 e-books, 9,456 Book Bank books, 12,781 journal back volumes, 30,000 e-journals, and 20 magazines and newspapers.
Fully automated with RFID technology for self-check-in and check-out, the library provides access to e-book collections from leading publishers like Elsevier, Oxford, Springer, and Taylor & Francis, and e-journals through platforms such as IEEE/IET, Science Direct, SCOPUS, and Wiley Online Library..

Hostel

MIT provides extensive hostel facilities with seven blocks for boys and four for girls, accommodating 1,000 male and 800 female students in a lush, green environment.
Amenities include a gym, table tennis, indoor games, shuttle court, laundry services, internet cafe, TV room, conference hall, RO plant, hostel store, cooler, PDA library, and ambulance service.

Sports

MIT offers top-notch sports facilities with a sprawling 28-acre ground for various indoor and outdoor games, including volleyball, hockey, football, basketball, cricket, kabaddi, and kho-kho, along with indoor games like table tennis, carrom, and chess.
The campus also features a multi-gym, yoga hall, and spaces for NSS and YRC activities.

In 2023, MIT saw placements from prominent recruiters, including Citi, Wells Fargo, Natwest Group, Adobe, VISA Inc., DE Shaw India, Walmart, Oracle India, Morgan Stanley, BNY Mellon, Schneider, Bosch, Barclays, SAP Labs, Bank of America, and many others, with companies spanning industries such as technology, finance, automotive, and infrastructure.
A total of 1,842 students were placed across the four CEG campuses (MIT, ACT, and SAP), with the highest package reaching 40 LPA and an average CTC of 8.54 LPA.
