There are 6 steps available the confirm the allotted seats.
Candidates who are satisfied with the allotted seat can download the Provisional Allotment Order and inform the college of the specified date for admission. If the candidate Fails to report to the allotted college the candidate loses the allotted seat. Undeclared candidates cannot participate in subsequent rounds.
The candidate is satisfied with the allotted seat but wants to wait for the allotment in the higher order of the candidate’s choice in the next upward movement. For example, if a candidate is allotted a seat for Choice 5, the candidate can wait for Choice 1,2,3,4. If the best choice is not available in the upward movement, the candidate will be confirmed for the seat with the previously allotted choice 5.
The candidate is not satisfied with the allotted seat and wants to decline the allotment but wants to wait for the allotment in the higher row of her choice in the next upward movement. If unable to get preferred allotment in an upward movement, the candidate will be shifted to the next round.
The candidate is not satisfied with the allotted seat. Also, candidates don’t want to wait for upward movement and the candidate is ready to participate in the next round.
If the candidate is not satisfied with the allotted seat, they do not participate in the subsequent rounds.
This option will be displayed if the candidate is allotted ‘No Seat’ based on all choices. Candidates allotted such ‘No Seat’ can opt for upward movement. If a seat becomes available during upward movement, it will be reserved. If the seats are not available while moving upwards, the candidate will be shifted to the next round.
