MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) is a body that oversees the centralised online counselling process for admission to undergraduate, postgraduate, super speciality medical as well as dental courses. It comes under Directorate General of health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. MCC conducts admission counselling for mainly All India Quota seats in government colleges and management quota seats in deemed universities.

UG Counselling Quotas
MCC conducts NEET UG counselling for following quotas in Medical and Dental Colleges.
- 100% Open Quota Seats in All India Institute of Medical Sciences(AIIMS) across India
- Open Quota MBBS/BDS Seats in JIPMER, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Faculty of Dentistry – Jamia Millia Islamia Delhi
- 15% All India Quota Seats in State Run Government Medical Colleges and ESI Colleges
- NRI Quota seats in AIIMS Delhi, AMU
- ESI Quota Seats in 11 ESI Medical Colleges
- 85% Delhi University Quota Seats in MAMC, UCMS, LHMC(Delhi Domicile)
- 85% Indraprastha University Quota Seats in VMMC, Dr.RML Medical College(Delhi Domicile)

PG Counselling Quotas
MCC conducts NEET PG/MDS counselling for following quotas
- 50% Open Quota Seats in AMU, BHU
- 50% Internal Quota seats in AMU, BHU, Delhi University, Indraprastha University
- 50% All India Quota Seats in State Run Government Medical Colleges and ESI Colleges
- 85% Management Quota seats in Deemed University Medical Colleges
- 15% NRI Quota seats in Deemed University Medical Colleges
- 100% DNB Quota seats for DNB courses in Central Govt Hospitals and 50% for State Govt Hospitals. Few states conduct counselling for DNB Seats in State Government Hospitals where states reserve a certain percentage of its seats for Service Candidates.

SS Counselling Quota
Super speciality courses are applicable only for medical courses and not for dental courses. MCC conducts NEET SS counselling for following quotas

Communal reservations are applicable for central govt and state govt run medical and dental colleges including the ESI colleges.

- PH- Horizontal Reservation under all categories- 5%
There is no reservation in deemed university private colleges but minority deemed university colleges have 50% minority quota as sub reservation under the management quota.
